With the rapid development of the automotive industry, China's tire industry has also achieved rapid development, and the production of fiber cords, cords, and ropes as rubber skeleton materials has also undergone urgent development.VP-latex and SBR-latex, as impregnation adhesives for the skeleton materials, are important supporting materials for rubber fiber bonding and play a crucial role in bonding performance. Through continuous technological innovation, the production of VP- latex and SBR-latex have become an emerging industry, and there is currently a lack of industry standards to constrain quality.
 

On the morning of August 16, 2019, a kickoff meeting for the drafting of the group standard for "VP-latex and SBR- latex" was held at the Grand Cloud Hotel in Beijing, in response to the current development status of the latex industry. At the meeting, Yu Tao, the Secretary General of the Skeleton Materials Professional Committee of the China Rubber Industry Association, read out the association's approval for this standard, announced the list of all drafting units, and the standard drafting work plan. Each participating unit had a serious and enthusiastic discussion  on the group standard "VP-latex and SBR-latex" drafted by Zibo Aogood Technology Co., Ltd., and put forward constructive opinions on the product performance and technical characteristics.
At the end of October 2019, the second meeting of the drafting work of the group standard for "VP-latex and SBR-latex" was held at the same time as the annual skeleton meeting. The standard was publicly solicited for comments, and the expert group of the skeleton material special committee conducted an internal review to form expert revision opinions, and a submission draft was formed based on the revision opinions.
